Middle/Senior Flutter developer (offline)

Team range: 6-8 persons
Scope of work: Flutter, a lot of unit tests, no dedicated QA, great emphasis on code quality.

General descriptions: about the project and environment

1. Three stakeholders who shared their competences: Marketing, Development, Sales

2. Retrospective - once every few weeks. All stakeholders + dev team participate

3. A very demanding environment in terms of competences and language. Dev team: 6 x senior developer, tech lead, 0.5 QA. One of the Stakeholders - acts as CTO.

4. The dev team is working on 3-4 projects at the same time, which seem to form one startup product. (App for driving school instructors, backoffice, app / module for managing available cars for students, app for students)

5. Developers can jump from now until the end of January. The team does not have to start as a whole.
