HR operations manager (offline)

Responsibility zones:
Management
🔸 monitoring the work of employees through a time tracking system
🔸 tracking progress and elimination of problems with employees
🔸 addressing employees’ queries

Employees
🔹 onboarding process
🔹 performance review meetings
🔹 one to one meetings
🔹 assessment process

Documentation
🔺 maintaining a database of employees (personnel records)
🔺 agreeing on the terms of cooperation, preparing and signing a JobOffer

Skills and knowledge required:
💥 experience in IT field
💥 2+ years of experience as HR manager
💥 Upper Intermediate English

Would be plus:
⚡️ experience with MS Office and Human Resources Management Systems
⚡️ experience of working with billing processes
