Senior AI/ML Engineer (offline) $5000-7000

Goal: Savannah is looking to develop a product for enterprise customers which helps them plan future talent strategies by enabling them to research companies and executives to build lists or pools of relevant talent.

Project stage: They have developed an MVP that uses a novel and unique way of identifying companies to headhunt in, and who might be the relevant person in that organization.

You will work closely with the technology leadership team and help tackle the engineering challenge of reducing the research time by a factor of ten: from 30 days down to 3 days. Moreover, you are going to build beautiful cutting-edge products that will be used by some of the world’s biggest brands. In this way, helping them improve the quality of the senior executives they hire.

Requirements:
Python
SQL
Understand REST APIs
Know how to pre-process data, apply machine learning models, and apply statistical/measurement tests of model success
Having machine learning models in production experience, particularly Recommendation engines
At least Upper-Intermediate English level

Responsibilities:
Working on features for releases such as (Search Optimisation and Recommendations, Diversity Tool, Reporting and Insights Suite)
Attending all Scrum Meetings
Collaborating with the technical team and business users
Optimising current platform and building new components to develop the SaaS, external-facing product
