Senior Affiliate Manager/Head of the Project (offline)

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing our own products to collect leads
- Strategic recruitment of new affiliates
- Managing the team of affiliate managers

Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, verticals insurance, finance, home
improvement
- Knowledge of ping-post lead distribution
- Experience in Pay Per Call vertical is your big advantage
- Upper-intermediate English level or higher is a MUST
- Really strong skills in business development and also managing the existing relationships
- Well-developed negotiation skills
