System Administrator (offline)

Main Responsibilities:
· Provide the required support, maintenance, and management of Windows (80%)/Linux-based (10%)/MacOS (10%) systems to ensure maximum access
· Manage internal applications and services, virtual environments, virus and malware protection, backup/DR services, monitoring, etc.
· Install/upgrade new hardware/software systems and maintenance of existing infrastructure
· Full-time position only

Required Position Skills and Competencies:
Must have:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
· At least >5 years of experience in IT system administration area
· Solid Experience with Cisco network administration (Installation/configuration of Cisco ASA FirePOWER firewalls, routers & switches, Wi-Fi controllers and Access Points, Site-to-Site VPN, AnyConnect etc.)
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 (Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune/MDM etc.)
· Strong Experience of supporting Windows Server Operating System (2012/2016/2019) and setting up Windows desktops
· Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, System Center Configuration Manager, SQL Server etc.
· Proven experience with a VMWare virtual technologies and environment
· Practical knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, cmd scripts)
· Experience of administration Issue Tracking (Atlassian Jira) / Document Management (Atlassian Confluence) systems
· Understanding of system optimization, backup and restoration concepts
· Proven experience of installing IT hardware and software and good knowledge of computer systems and applications
· Understanding of TCP/IP networks architecture
· Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
· Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must

Will be a big plus:
· Microsoft and Cisco certification
· Security certification
