Client Success Manager (offline)

Corewide is a DevOps service company, founded in 2015. We are searching for a smart, well organized and communicative person with good written and spoken English to join us as a Client Success Manager. This person must have B2B sales, account management or project management skills and experience. The role includes a lot of communication with our clients, ensuring timely delivery, high quality reporting and a bit of paperworks. Maintaining loyalty, fostering great relationships, providing guidance on our services and supporting our clients on their journey with Corewide.

Duties:
- Client relationships management and operations
- Pre-sales research and planning
- Pre-sales support and coordination
- Building trust and credibility
- Delivery planning, coordination and improvement
- Acting as a primary point of contact for the client
- Projects cost tracking
- Detecting upsell opportunities
- Collecting feedback and analyzing data to improve customer experience
- Post-delivery support

Skills:
- Essential
- Good English (B2+)
- Proven relevant B2B experience (sales/account management, project/delivery management)
- Organizational accuracy and time management
- Business communication and negotiation
- Active listening and seeking to understand
- Empathy and high emotional intelligence
- Understanding complex services delivery cycle
- Expectations setting and management
- Basic project management

Would be a plus:
- Advanced reporting and presenting
- Perfect spoken and written English
- Basic legal paperwork experience
- Understanding DevOps basics
