Senior Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities
• Devising and implementing individual hiring strategies across all business areas in Ukraine.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for hiring managers, candidates, and HR Business Partners.
• Drawing on recruitment expertise and best practice to enhance the company's employer brand in the market, drive high candidate engagement, and support business objectives.
• Initiating and supporting the development of process improvements, as necessary.
• Act as a strategic talent acquisition business partner with key stakeholders, providing thought leadership in strategizing talent acquisition and sourcing activities.
• Support, influence, and direct hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview, and selection techniques, and training as applicable.
Skills and Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in technology roles in Ukraine.
• Capital markets, banking, or financial services exposure would be highly desirable
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Excellent English language skills (both written and oral).
