Senior Network Voice Engineer (offline)

Project Description:

We are looking to expand our team with a Senior Network Voice Engieer. Successful candidate will help our client with BAU and Project activities, working as Senior Network Voice Engieer in cooperation with Application Technology & Infrastructure teams to build and support complex network voice solution in a large organization.

About our team: Rapidly expanding group developing and supporting a range of client projects.
About working environment: Our team primary locations are Kiev, Warsaw. We are working remotely in client environment. Currently the team operates fully in WFH mode.

Main Purpose of the Role:

Senior Voice Systems Support Engineer responsible for supporting the Bank Securities EMEA Voice network and all other aspects of networking including: voice and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

System Operation and Maintenance:

· Good understanding of Cisco layer 3 and Layer2 routing, switching
· Some experience of working on firewalls (Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Cisco ASA)
· Cisco Unified Call Manager, Call Manager Express and voicemail
· Cisco Call Manager Gatway administration (MGCP, H232, SIP)
· Cisco Contact Centre Express (UCCX) and wall board integration
· MS Teams Telephony
· Call Logging
· Knowledge of voice audio and meta data integration voice analytical systems
· ARC Switch board
· IPC Dealer board Connexus Unigy and Alliance IQMX, associated trader voice direct lines
· Carrier Services TDM and SIP
· Knowledge of centralised fax solutions

Incident Management:

To take ownership of network related incidents and troubleshoot from first alert to resolution, to have good customer facing skills when liaising with users, to co-operate with other team members and other internal teams, to liaise and take charge of vendors for incident resolution.

Administration:

Maintaining and where necessary creating a full set of comprehensive network data diagrams and documentation.

Project Support:

To conduct project activities to specific time lines and to deliver network data project tasks and objectives assigned to the team. Provide project documentation such cost estimations and analysis, Business Requirement Documents, Conceptual Designs, Low Level Designs Implementation and test plans

Team Duties:

Assist with the support and maintenance of the all NSS duties including voice, security and infrastructure. Will be involved it the Behavox project

Skills and Experience:

Functional / Technical Competencies:

· To have the professional qualification Cisco CCIE Voice or CCVP.
· Experience of working on voice recording platforms such as Red Box and Nice
· Experience of working on IPC Connexus Unigy or IPC IQMX
· Experience of working on Cisco Unified Call Manager, Call Manager Express and voicemail
· Experience of working on Cisco Call Manager Gatway administration (MGCP, H232, SIP)
· Experience of Working on Cisco Contact Centre Express (UCCX) and wall board integration
· Experience of working MS Teams Telephony
· Knowledge of Call Logging systems
· Knowledge of voice audio and meta data integration voice analytical systems
· Experience of working on ARC Switch board
· Experience of working on IPC Dealer board Connexus Unigy and Alliance IQMX, associated trader voice direct lines
· Good knowledge and experience on carrier Services TDM and SIP
· Knowledge of centralised fax solutions
· Have a good historical telecoms background

Work Experience:

· To have worked as part of a network Voice & data team within a large multi-site critical network environment.

Education / Qualifications:

· Secondary education to A-level.

Other Requirements:

As part of the role the successful candidate may be required to do the following:

· Carry out some weekend work
· Become part of a shift rota 07:00 the 18:00
· Be part of an on-call rota

Nice-to-Have Skills:

ITIL certification would be a plus
