Lead Motion Designer (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of motion designers
- Mentor team members
- Analyzing weekly/monthly team performance
- Create high-performing UA creatives
- Take part in creative sessions
- Work closely with creative/ua/marketing team

Requirements:

- Experience of more than 2 years with mobile applications
- Ability to drive motion design team
- Knowledge of video editing
- Knowledge of various AE plugins
- Knowledge of character animation
- Knowledge of team management (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent ability to analyze
- Knowledge of rotobrush, tracking, keying and compositing
- Great communication skills

Will be a plus:

- Ability to work with sound, and color correction
- Basic knowledge of the 3D package (Cinema 4d, Redshift, E3D,Blender)
- Basic knowledge of video shooting for motion production
