Sr. Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Manager (offline)

We are extending our sales team and looking for a Business Development Manager.

The Requirements:
SDR/Demand Generator experience, working with outbound traffic (at least three years)
Experience in IT sales (outsourcing; communication, pitching, negotiations)
Experience planning and executing outbound campaigns, building funnels (email, LinkedIn);
Experience utilizing all company’s communication channels to raise brand awareness and lead engagement;
Understanding of how to convert lead into a customer (ICPs and custom communication creation; follow-up strategies resulting in long term communication and partnerships)
Advanced English and strong communication skills ;
Flexibility and ability to adapt (you are not afraid to fail and quickly learn from it; you also know how to deal with high workload and manage several tasks in parallel);
Creativity and ability to work independently (sure, we’ll give you all the information and support that we can, but you don’t need someone to ping you and tell you what to do every hour to get the job done)

Duties:

Create and maintain several outbound campaigns from different channels (LinkedIn, managing email communication from 6-8 email inboxes) based on the ICP;
Creating customs approach and funnels depending on the market we are interested in, utilizing our USP;
Leadgen tools management (Lemlist, Apollo, Hubspot, and more)
Working with a CRM Hubspot (adding Contacts and Deals, managing the outbound communication pipeline in CRM)
Briefing and management of Copywriter to create content for outbound campaigns (example),
Management of the existing database of leads;
Prepare monthly reports and statistics to tailor and improve the communication approach;
