User Researcher (offline)

What you will do:
- Conduct user researches, analyse results and communicate them to the team;
- Research promising niches to identify new market opportunities;
- Generate and propose options for validating product hypotheses;
- Discover new research methods and implement them into work;
- Set up research workflow with dedicated remote custdev team, design and product teams.

About you:
- Advanced English;
- Great communication skills;
- Experience in both user and market researches;
- Analytical mindset, ability to generalize multiple observations;
- Genuine desire to constantly study new information and share expertize.

Nice to have:
- Experience with User Interviews and Researcher.io tools;
- Knowledge of product/research canvas, CJMs, persona-models, JTBD;
- Knowledge of basics of mobile apps.
