Fullstack JS Department Team Leader (offline)

We are developing a complex trading ecosystem both B2B and B2C solutions which include CRM, client area, trading platform, trading engine, BI. We utilise cutting-edge technology stack within microservice-based architecture along with Java/Kotlin, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, NodeJS, React and AWS. To make our product even cooler, we are looking for a frontend-oriented full-stack developer for the main block of our system — а customer relationship management (CRM) system that helps manage all company’s relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers and improve business relationships to grow business.

What we expect from you:
• At least 4 years experience with client-side (ReactJs and Redux, Redux-thunk) and backend-side JavaScript (Node.js);
• Experience with Web Sockets, Local Storage, ES6, JavaScript build tools, etc.;
• Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment;
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.

Will be a plus:
• Experience with Kubernetes;
• Experience with GraphQL.js, Apollo Server;
• Experience with Storybook, Styled components, Typescript;
• Experience with HTML, CSS (SCSS);
• Experience with agile methodologies (like a Scrum/Kanban)

What you will do:
• Support of existing functionality;
• Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging;
• Support continuous improvement;
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications;
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems;
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
