Business Analyst (offline)

You will be working with our Engineering and Product teams and leading our SCRUM meetings, collecting and refining requirements, polishing user stories, assisting engineers during the delivery process, and learning about the behavior of our users.

Requirements

- 3+ years in a Business Analyst role
- Be able to write user stories in rule-oriented format
- Be able to work in a team with complex stakeholder structure
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to details
- Diagramming skills: be able to work and understand BPMN and ERD diagrams
- Familiarity with SQL: be able to make simple queries
- Fluent English

Would be a plus

- Experience with Payment Service Provider integrations
- Experience with Product companies and Education domain

What will you do

- Work with the Product team to collect and refine requirements, research and present different approaches to product decisions
- Prepare user stories for design and the engineering team based on the collected requirement, be able to thoroughly polish user story to cover every little detail
- Prepare BMPN diagrams to supplement user stories and specifications
- Lead planning and grooming SCRUM meetings with the Engineering team, make sure everyone understands the goal and requirements
- Work with the Engineering team during all SDLC stages to clarify implementation details, corner-case scenarios, relevant test cases, etc.
