We are BOTTLE MESSAGE ®, founded in 2017 - a Swiss startup from Zurich. We have developed a QR code-based system that includes mobile app, one-screen landing pages, promotional stickers and more. We started sales on August 1 last year and are already successfully working with 800 companies in and around Zurich. Now we are looking for new team members to help us expand our products in the DACH market and other European countries.

As a Recruiter, YOU will provide Sales Managers with an exciting job opportunity with growing Swiss company. As a result, YOU are actively involved in the growth of founded IT company and have great development and earning opportunities.

Your tasks will be as follows:

- Researching, recruiting and mentoring Sales Managers

- Conducting contract negotiations

- Independent supervision of the entire recruitment process

- Support of your candidates also after placement

- Further development of the process

With these experiences and competences you fit very well to us:

- A motivated personality with min. 1 year of professional experience in recruitment Independent and responsible way of working.

- Customer-oriented approach

- Distinct entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a convincing and respectful appearance

- English fluently spoken and written, other languages will be an advantage
