Marketing Manager (offline)

Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company, is looking for a sharp and creative Marketing Manager to join its Marketing team in Kharkiv. We are expanding and need one more talented team member. This role offers dynamic work in the multinational environment, as it deals with the US and Western European B2B markets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a compelling go-to-market strategy for the internal product
Identify the buyer personas and develop a product positioning strategy
Create value propositions, stories, and messages that resonate with the buying personas
Closely collaborate with the Product Team to optimize the customer lifecycle from acquisition to engagement and retention
Understand how our product grows among key segments across the customer journey and set measurable business goals
Create marketing materials, portfolios, presentations, etc.
Launch various marketing campaigns to maximize lead from MQL to SQL conversion rate
Build and execute an entire email marketing strategy
Participation in developing employer brand strategy

Main requirements:

2+ years of experience in marketing
Experience working on product marketing throughout a product’s lifecycle is highly desirable
Practical experience in e-mail marketing, marketing automation
Strong communication skills
Energy and enthusiasm for marketing and product
Understanding of content marketing basics
Overall understanding of advertising platforms (Google, Facebook ads)
Solid analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Strong project and time-management skills
Growth mindset with the desire for continuous improvement
