Chief Marketing Officer / Head of Marketing (offline) $3000-4000

Requirements:
- Experience in the field of Fintech (PDL-loans, microfinance organizations, pawnshops, high risk products) in the position of Head of Marketing / CМО for at least 2 years!!!
- Experience in the field of digital marketing, which can be confirmed by certain results: audience growth, increased conversions, etc.
- Experience in creating and managing a successful marketing strategy.
- Knowledge of the principles of budgeting.
- Deep understanding of reporting and analysis tools, the ability to consolidate data from various sources.
- Managerial experience: recruitment, goal setting and monitoring, analysis of results, development of business processes.
- Experience working with the latest software and services for automation of analytics and marketing.
- Analytical thinking, decision-making based on the data obtained with a positive impact on the company's marketing indicators.
- Strong presentation skills for sharing personal and team results.

It will be a plus:
- Experience working with foreign markets.
- Managing access to new markets.
- Experience of cooperation with remote / foreign employees.
- Development of the CPA channel.

- Grow digital marketing activities and build a communication plan for the Company.
- Develop a deep understanding of the uniquely diverse customer base, and promote the sharing of customer insight across the business.
- Manage a significant budget, giving clear visibility of Marketing performance and increasing ROI with a rigorous focus on the impact of marketing campaigns.
- Manage online acquisition, CRM, PR, social and offline channels efficiently, to reach and influence uniquely diverse cross-border audiences.
- Contribute to the overall development of the business as a member of the management team.
