Qualifications and Skills
— 5+ years of experience of Tech sourcing/IT Recruitment
— Perform Full Life Cycle Recruitment
— Creating a positive candidate experience
— Experience with X-ray and Boolean search (other techniques a plus)
— Experience writing meaningful pitches and strong communication skills
— Literate written Ukrainian or Russian
— Advanced written and spoken English
