Event Manager (offline)

Responsibilities

Develop events plan for the organization including strategy, goals and budget;
Organize and conduct internal events and activities (corporate parties, teambuildings, workshops, sport events, webinars, conferences, etc.);
Support external promotional events (job fairs, hackathons, etc.);
Manage external vendors and speakers (from the selection to the closure of the projects);
Execute effective PR campaigns to involve contractors;
Report KPIs on conducted events;
Become an inspiring driver for the organization’s initiatives;
Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in events management/PR/Marketing;
Strong knowledge and practical experience in project management;
Upper-intermediate English;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Great communication and interpersonal skills;
Creativity, positive attitude towards work and life;
Multi-tasking;
Tech Savvy.
