Dispatch Manager (offline) $2000

Responsibilities:
- Formation of quality standards;
- Listening and evaluating operators' dialogues according to company standards;
- Identification of errors during dialogue by operators;
- Improving quality of dispatcher-customer and dispatchers-technicians communication;
- Prosodic and linguistic approaches to improvement of phone communication;
- Maintaining weekly reports based on listened dialogues and statistics;
- Onboarding new operators;
- Leading Custommer Support;
- Leading Sales Team.

Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of English and Russian > C1;
- Customer-focus attitude;
- Understanding of a Canadian customer, Psychological approaches;
- Prosodic and linguistic approaches to improvement of phone communication;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Be able to multi-task and perform under pressure.
