Senior IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment;
- Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Ukrainian;
- Solid verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
- Understanding of IT job market.

Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels;
- Maintain a candidate database;
- Conduct pre-screenings, HR interviews;
- Close cooperation with project managers, technical team regarding vacancies requirements;
