Analyst (offline)

Successful candidate will have opportunity to work in an international environment with stakeholders on large engagement and understand how complex health systems work. He/she will assist senior team in bringing requirements and technology to solve complex client problems and will gain industry knowledge and experience.

Qualifications

Required:
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge of business analysis principles and tools (BPMN, requirements types)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Aptitude to learn quickly
- English language on upper intermediate level
- Bachelor’s/Master Degree or equivalent

Would be a plus:
- At least 1+ years of experience in any of the following roles: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, BI analyst
- Agile experience (SCRUM, Jira)
- Prior professional services consulting experience
- Process-to-data mapping experience
- Basic knowledge of database principles/data structures and SQL
- Microsoft Visio (or alike tool) experience
- Understanding of Software Development lifecycle methodologies RUP, MSF, Continuous Integration, Agile/Lean.
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0
- Experience in digital strategy development or assisting in digital transformation of business
- Fluent English is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Analyze documents and data
- Prepare reports and technical documentation with requirements, processes, concepts and models
- Participate in workshops with experts and stakeholders
- Participate and contribute to design sessions
- Elaboration of requirements and process mapping
- Prepare Use Cases, Requirements Catalogues and BPMN process maps in accordance with project requirements;
- Draft minutes and action items and coordinate resolution with the application teams.
- Follow through on assigned tasks
- Understand and use project tools to document decisions, action items etc.
- Build strong client relationships with counterparts on client engagements
