Sourcer / Researcher (offline)

Responsibilities:

Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks
Screen and select resumes
Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates
Schedule interviews and phone screens
Maintain internal databases, related reports
Work on different HR/Recruiting projects e.g. applicant tracking system optimization, social networking, career site
Job market analyses and reviews
Participation in other HR activities

Requirements:

Higher education
Desire to develop and grow in recruitment sphere
Result-oriented, strong work ethic
Excellent data processing and IT skills
Strong attention to details

Nice to have:

Less than a year of experience on researcher/ sourcer position
