Tech Lead (Python) @ Preply (offline)

Our Enterprise team develops tools, features, and integrations that enable Preply’s business customers to manage language learning programs for their employees. This space offers a lot of variety in stakeholders and exposure to many parts of Preply’s learning platform as well as a focus on our business program administration tools. It’s an opportunity to get a holistic view of technology in EdTech, the marketplace, and be exposed to dealmaking practices. The Enterprise team also creates A/B tests of experiences that might later be expanded to our private customer segment.

We are searching for a Tech Lead interested in supporting the growth and development of our products as well as our engineers. Our Tech Leads define our team’s technical product roadmap, aligning with their product owner and team, to deliver long lasting healthy solutions. We release our product 50-60 times per day by leveraging technologies like Kubernetes (Skaffold+Helm), Docker, and top-notch CI/CD processes. As a Tech Lead, you will:
- Be accountable for the health of your team’s tech area from roadmapping to monitoring
- Drive alignment within the team and across teams in technical decisions
- Build relationships and collaborate with other technical leaders
- Support the technical growth of developers in your team or area of speciality
- Partner with the team’s Product Manager to refine productive initiatives into lean, experiment-led technical implementations
