Middle DevOps (Azure) (offline)

About the Role/ The opportunity:

- Development and maintenance of our platform tooling and scripts

- Maintain our platform build with necessary updates (example, new .NET version or 3rd party dependencies), checking tools, build pipeline, dependencies and container patching

- Perform build analysis, debugging, reports and coordinate actions with relevant teams and other stakeholders

- Patching containers to make sure they are built using the latest available OS images as well as ensuring they are compatible with available container tool stack (docker, docker-compose, kubernetes, AKS)

- Publishing of platform releases to distribution channels

- Continuously improve regular operations by automating procedures and optimizing processes 



What You Need to Succeed:

- Experience as a DevOps Engineer, software build manager, enterprise software development, technical support, IT Operations or similar

- Coding experience and automation skills (preferably PowerShell, C#)

- Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and logical thinking skills

- Experience with Docker Containers, Kubernetes, and container registry systems

- Experience with artifact storage tools and configuration management tools

- Good English verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills


Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

- Computer science, math, or engineering degree

- Experience with Continuous Deployment practices, GitHub Enterprise, TeamCity

- Experience with monitoring systems (ElasticSearch, LogicMonitor, Logstash, Kibana)

- Experience with working in an agile setup (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)

- Experience with designing and building automations (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

- Experience with cloud providers (preferably Azure Platform)
