Marketing & Business Development Researcher [AR/VR Industry] (offline)

We create XR solutions to solve specific business challenges of our clients across various industries around the globe. For example, AR applications for marketing activations, VR simulations for training and education, applications on Hololens for data visualization, and many other tasks.

And now we are looking for Marketing & Business Development Assistant who has a good eye for details, knows how to multitask and has a strong interest in growing up in marketing or business development, and is also ready to work hard for it.
From our side, we’ll provide any support and share knowledge and the best practices to help you grow faster.



🧰 Main responsibilities:
Business development department:
— Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
— Help with leads research (using lead generation software)
— Participate in the Leads pre-qualification process
— Participate in negotiations with potential clients
— Negotiate with international media and partners, apply to conferences, exhibitions, etc

Marketing department:
— Help to conduct the marker/audience/competitors research
— Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents
— Create surveys, polls, and questionnaires for research purposes
— Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
— Learning and working with various types of software for marketing needs
— Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
— Overseeing the design and graphics of marketing materials


🔥Important skills and experience:
—Upper-intermediate / Advanced English
— Excellent research skills
— Ability to structure large amounts of data, clearly present, and visualize the results
— Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
— Strong self-organization skills and attention to detail
— Proactivity and great communication skills
— Fast-learner skills


➕As a plus (but not necessary):
— Hands on experience in Business Development or Marketing
— Familiarity with different CRM systems (ex.Pipedrive)
