Senior Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Lead (recruitment agency) (offline) $2000-6500

Responsibilities. Senior Recruiter:
- Hands-on recruiting and handling the process from the candidates sourcing to the offer stage
- Collaborate with hiring managers in order to find the best candidates and drive them through the hiring process
- Working closely with our business development/sales team and executive management/owner

Responsibilities. Recruitment Lead:
- Be in charge of branch business performance, executing a business plan, delivery, KPIs, and goals
- Setting up, hiring, and managing a team of recruiters and sourcing experts (team of 2-4 members by the beginning of 2023)
- Build relationships with new clients, participate in pre-sale sessions and produce repeat business with them
- Deployment of innovative automation and work productivity tools to improve team performance and SLA.

You are:
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- A proven record in hands-on technical recruitment and clients management
- Deep understanding of IT Ukrainian (Europe as a plus) market and trends;
- Knowledge of the best recruitment practices, tools, and techniques
- Business and service-oriented person, can-do attitude, inspiring approach, and out-of-the-box thinking
- Excellent and proven organizational and project management skills;
- Ability to operate independently and drive issues towards completion;
- Very good English level
