IT Recruiter (offline)

Project information:

Particles Global has partnerships with amazing international companies (from the USA, the UK, across the European market) which create their own innovative and valuable products, as well as help delivering complex IT projects to the world-famous brands like Diesel, Puma, Dell, IKEA, Electrolux, and many more.
At the moment, our team consists of: 2 Co-founders, Sales department, Recruitment department, the Project Coordinator, the Solutions Architect, engineers, who specialize in the following technologies: Node.js, iOS, Magento, Python, React, Typescript, Salesforce, DevOps, etc.

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Participating in all stages of recruitment: searching for specialists, conducting interviews, organizing all subsequent stages
• Create ideal candidate profiles, identify targets, and source candidates; write compelling and informative job descriptions
• Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
• Search for candidates using various sources and tools, selecting online/offline channels to create candidate funnels
• Interviewing candidates, provide feedback, and build the relationship
• Drive offer process — including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
• Monitoring and analysis of the labor market

Must have skills:

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruiting
• Experience with sourcing tools, working knowledge of various sourcing techniques and processes to attract qualified candidates
• Understand the industry and constantly learn about current trends, changes
• Willingness to multitask and process large amounts of information
• Skills in data collection and analytics
• Strong written and communication skills
• Sociable, stress-resistant
• Intermediate or higher level of English
• Basic HR competences

It will be a plus if you have:

• Social activity in tech communities, on Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Experience in out staffing company

1 call with HR, 1 call with co-founders (meeting in the co-working space Wednesday if you are in Kharkiv)
