Current technology stack: Architecture is Microservices based, where most of the services are written in Python.
Other technologies: ArangoDB (graph DB) Elasticsearch Redis OAuth Deep API integrations to leading SaaS and IaaS products

What We’ll Expect From You:
Excellent managerial, communication, and mentoring skills, along with deep technical knowledge
Having a can-do approach, team player, sense of ownership, and ability to work and make decisions under pressure
Experience with system architecture and finding creative solutions to complex problems
Experience with developing and maintaining SaaS production systems.
5+ years of hands-on experience
2+ years of experience as a leader


Scope of work
Lead a team of talented full-stack engineers. Mentor and help them evolve, collaborate, grow, and promote an excellent culture.
Be a key decision-maker for technical, architectural, product, and procedural issues and more, communicate your doings to different stakeholders, from the CEO to customers.
Collaborate with product managers and other team leaders to plan, nurture and implement an efficient and effective development process.
Work closely with UI designers and product managers to design and implement a snappy UI that smartly delivers large quantities of data to the end-user.
Cooperate with the data science team to integrate research products into a production system.
