Product Manager (International healthcare marketplace) (offline)

Bookimed.com is a leading healthcare marketplace that helps patients to find the best treatment options worldwide. Our mission is to provide access to advanced medical solutions to everyone. We get over 10,000 requests monthly (mostly from US/UK markets) and cooperate with 700+ hospitals in more than 30 countries.

Our platform consists of 3 main sub-products:
- Listings of hospitals, doctors, and special offers, with the ranking algorithm to provide the best experience for the patients (based on the conversion rate, reviews rating, and other parameters)
- The internal platform that helps to connect patients and hospital representatives through CRM, messengers, mail, and call systems.
- BackOffice for creating and managing a clinic's profile.

We are looking for a Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and ambitions to create a global product.
You'll be leading a transformation of our company from Sales-Lead to Product-Lead organization and increasing the conversion rate of each step of the funnel.

Skills we'd like to see:

- 2+ years of product management experience and demonstrated success in designing, shipping, and measuring outcomes for customer-facing features and products.
- A/B testing experience and strong data analysis skills, ability to make decisions based on data insights.
- Solid UX/UI experience - understanding the best interaction and consumer psychology principles to create a delightful, engaging, and helpful experience
- Experience incorporating qualitative research and user feedback into decision making
- Experience leading a cross-functional team

Core responsibilities:

- Be a product leader by deeply understanding the needs of our customers and developing a compelling product vision and strategy.
- Lead CRO strategy by identifying areas of opportunity, proposing hypotheses, implementing tests, measuring results, and providing analysis and insights to optimize new customer growth
- Analyze customer's data and conduct interviews to identify friction points and ensure each channel's conversion funnel is continually optimized
- Work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams to prioritize initiatives that will lead to the greatest outcomes
- Manage product processes to ensure rapid delivery of features and assess their effectiveness.
