Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial experience on position/role of Business Analyst
- ability to operate with requirements of different level of detail and clarity (functional decomposition; requirements specification modeling)
- work with various modelling techniques (ERD, Class diagram, Context diagram, Activity diagram, Use-case diagram, State diagram)
- understanding of solution architecture design principles
- understanding of UX principles and ability to prototype on a basic level (Balsamiq, Figma etc.)
- experience in participating in pre-sales activities

Responsibilities:
- Elicit business and product objectives with external and internal stakeholders and translate into the solution and implementation requirements;
- Analyse and verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes;
- Decompose and elaborate requirements according to business priorities;
- Prepare technical backlog with developers and take part in sprint planning, support functionality till production;
- Communicate requirements to the development team on the required level of details.
