Lead Front-end Engineer (offline) $5000-7000

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
— Create a frontend architecture and design system from scratch;
— Build a top-performing frontend team;
— Share your knowledge and experience with teammates;
— Participate in the evaluation, development, and growth programs;
— Active communication within a team and with clients
— Proactive participation in all team ceremonies during the sprint
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
— Deep JavaScript knowledge;
— Proficiency in React
— Unit testing (Jest or other)
— Architectural design pattern (SOLID, DRY)
— Redux / redux-thunk; management of application state;
— Styled-components / CSS-in-JS / LESS / SASS (creating design system);
— Understanding of REST, micro-frontend architecture
— Having at least 3-5 years of professional software development experience
— Showing strong proven communication skills in writing and conversation
— Understanding good software design and modern software engineering practices
