Bid Support Specialist (Norwegian language) (offline)

Areas of Responsibility

-Establish a bid project execution plan
-Manage communication between departments, project team, project stakeholders etc.
-Create templates for the bid documents
-Provide best practice textual input on specific requirements
-Collect necessary certificates and other formalities
-Create a common look & feel, textual QA, censoring of the bid-document
-Convert the documents from proposal to contract

Qualifications

-Norwegian knowledge is a must English – fluent
-Determined and mature approach
-Excellent communication skills
-Creative and enthusiastic team player

-Understanding of specifics of Scandinavian mentality and business
-Understanding of B2B
