Senior Android Developer (offline)

Job Description
Job requires: knowledge of Java and Android platform development experience, networking experience, media applications development experience is a plus.

Required:
· 4+ years of development experience
· 2 or more years of development using Java and Android
· Networking experience
· At least intermediate English level
· Ability to work in an agile software development environment, maintaining focus yet remaining flexible to requirements and design change
· Proactive problem-solving abilities

Preferred:
· Background in user interface technologies and design
· Experience in multimedia playback and streaming

Job Responsibilities
work in a team developing solutions with the main goal to provide the best User Experience (Android)
- contribute to audio streaming client app:
Kotlin
Coroutines
Dagger
CI (Bitrise, Jenkins, e.t.c)
Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito)
Database Room
Android Architecture Components (ViewModel, LifeCycle, LiveData, DataBinding)
MediaPlayer and/or ExoPlayer
Firebase Analytics
REST (Retrofit)
GraphQL
- collaborate with Engineering leaders, Product, and Server teams to design, develop, and create audio streaming apps (radio, podcasts) with rapid intermediate prototype release.

- have a direct focus on quality code and improve our code base through continuous refactoring
