Responsabilities:
The Scrum Master is accountable for the effective and high-quality delivery of product, in line with the product roadmap.
Define what to deliver
• Turn mid-term roadmap into actionable user stories
• Prioritize the user stories and arrange them in the product backlog
• Ensure that product backlog is transparent, visible and understood
• Communicate the voice of the customer to the product squad
Deliver it
• Lead the squad in daily standups and overall product sprint cadence
• Populate sprint backlogs and closely monitor progress on these
• Coach and remove roadblocks for squad members as needed
• Facilitate collaboration with Technology organization as needed
Qualifications:
Technical requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Application Development
• Experience in setting up the Scrum ceremonies
• 1-3 years of demonstrable experience in leading and managing teams of software developers in an agile environment
• 1-3 years of demonstrable experience of successfully designing and delivering sophisticated software products
• Ability to envision and deliver software solutions that meet user needs and/or solve business problems
• Scrum Certified
Soft skills:
• Understanding customers and users
• Promoting accountability and commitment to execution in a team
• Planning and consistently executing complex projects
• Attention to detail and quality of delivery
• Proactively managing resources
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing the person to work across +15 different cultures, in a fast-paced environment, and focus on what really drives value
Education:
MSc degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant field
Travelling:
Depending on project requirements, there could be travel from time to time
