Head of digital marketing (offline)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Dmarket is an in-game item trading platform and a monetization technology for game developers, content creators, brands and players.

Dmarket is a niche marketplace where e-commerce and blockchain technologies are intertwined to ensure the uniqueness of each individual digital item. And now we create a gaming metaverce with Dmarket as the center.

Required hard skills
Prior experience in a similar role and experience of team-leading;
Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan;
Advanced English skills, both spoken and written;
Successful experience of promoting new products and expanding new markets (play to earn strategy).
Ability to work with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Similarweb, Heepsy, Ads Managers, Google Ads, Programmatic platforms, etc. (certifications is a plus).
Interest in the gaming sphere, Blockchain, ICO would be a plus.
Experience in launching monetization and gamification strategies will be a plus.

Required soft skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
You have a startup spirit and a creative mindset and are able to generate ideas and concepts to create new growth strategies.

Responsibilities:
Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy, overseeing customer acquisition and engagement. Launch a bunch of new products to the market.

Partnership: Support company transformation process through marketing part.

Brand Awareness: Create and launch marketing campaigns and activities to lead Dmarket brand as a TOP #1 platform for trading digital items.

Team management: Catch up existing marketing team and bring on-board new talents to reach hing performance goals.
