Account Manager (offline)

We will expect you:

Communicate with Advertisers on a daily basis providing assistance with their daily operations;
Analyze metrics on the platform and apply the necessary optimizations to ensure growth of the assigned accounts;
Create recommendation for advertisters;
Assist customers with fixing technical issues in collaboration with the technical team;
Maintain warm and friendly relationsips with all the clients.

Our ideal candidate:

Has Fluent English.
Has problem-solve and ability to offer tailored solutions to specific challenges of each client Work smart to meet and exceed goals.
Has proven ability and desire to interface with clients both remotely and face to face to provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management.
Has possess a technical aptitude and a desire to learn the intricacies of the digital advertising eco- system and to leverage that knowledge to help clients with support issues.
Has analytical ability to monitor and identify trends in performance metrics and data.
