Sales Manager/Lead Generation Manager (offline)

Currently, we are looking for a talented Sales/Lead Generation Manager who can understand customers’ needs to join our friendly and dynamic team of professionals. Perhaps we are looking for you :)

Required skills:
- Understanding of IT sales process;
- Understanding of software development cycle;
- Advanced+ English (written);
- Strong communication skills;
- Proactivity, self-motivation, and result-orientation;
- Prioritizing, time management, and organization skills.

It will be a plus:
- Experience in IT outsourcing company;
- Advanced+ English (spoken);
- Upwork outbound bids experience;
- Experience in generating leads using LinkedIn and other additional sources.

Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through different sales channels;
- Maintain and expand your database of potential clients;
- Сonverting leads into paid customers;
- Take part in improving the existing sales processes;
- Submit weekly progress reports and results.
