Responsibilities:
- Installation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting of MacOS (10.x, 11.x) and Windows 10 operating systems.
- Installation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office365, Zoom, Slack and other authorized desktop applications.
- Administration of TCP/IP networks, DNS, VPN.
- Contacting 3rd party vendors.
- Installation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting of printers, computer hardware.
- Performing general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.
- Maintaining assets inventory and equipment procurement, licences, software (find the best solutions for budget).
- Providing timely communication on issue status and resolution.
- Maintaining ticket updates for all reported incidents.
- Creating policies: security (information etc), hardware and software.

Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and in a timely manner.
- Troubleshooting skills involving hardware and software.
- Documentation, reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to keep an eye on modern solutions and can assist with implementation.
- Ability to find solutions, create solutions, think critically and find the best way to solve difficulties.

What you should have:
- 2 years of proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to learn new things and solve technical challenges.

It will be nice if you have or know:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Engineering or equivalent area.
