About the Project
We are looking for a talented Python Developer to join our engineering team and help us
develop and maintain a large job-searching platform that connects employers and job seekers
by using an algorithm that calculates the best possible fit between a person and the job offers.
Job responsibilities
We’re looking for a Python Developer whose responsibilities will include:
Writing effective, scalable code
Developing back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
Integrating user-facing elements into applications
Test and debug programs
Improve functionality of existing systems
Implement security and data protection solutions
Assess and prioritize feature requests
Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical
solutions
Minimum Qualifications
Programming experience in Python with 3+ years of experience
Would be a huge plus:
Experience with framework Django
Experience with Redis, Queueing, Postgres, Docker
Familiarity with JavaScript (React), experience with Sentry, HTMX
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
Strong communication & troubleshooting skills
Good level of English to be able to participate in meetings
Approximate level of engineering
