People Partner, HR Kharkov (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Being the first contact point for employees of a dedicated business unit and help to navigate through the corporate ecosystem
- Focus on employee onboarding, adaptation, and retention
- Work on increasing employee satisfaction
- Keep HRIS up-to-date.
- Assist with the main activities within the HR department
- Perform the role of the local Talent Management representative

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as People Partner or HR Generalist in the IT field
- Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of English
- Understanding of business processes used in IT companies
- High level of self-organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision
- Outstanding communication skills
- Multitasking
- Being a proactive and result-oriented person
