Head of Business Intelligence (offline)

You should have:
• Experience managing a Business Intelligence team;
• 5+ years of experience within the Business Intelligence or Data Science field with a focus on Data Visualization and Data Analytics;
• 3+ Years’ experience with Data Visualization tool in Power BI. Creating dashboards, Administration, DAX logic, Power Query M.;
• Other BI tools will be considered a plus (Tableau, DataStudio, QuickSight, etc.);
• 3-5 years of experience with and managing data across relational SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, Mongo, Redis, and Elasticsearch;
• Good knowledge of data analysis in finance or marketing. Experience in business team consultancy;
• Experience in BI e-commerce or similar is a plus;
• Understanding of ETL / ELT approaches;
• Experience in designing/developing platform components like caching, messaging, event processing, automation, transformation, and tooling frameworks;
• 1-2 years of experience in cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP);
• Experience coupled with enterprise search capabilities to solve Big Data challenges;
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing, design, implementation, and optimization;
• Experience in data science and machine learning;
• Experience in back-end development and deployment;
• Experience in CI/CD configuration;
• Experience designing, documenting, and defending designs for key components in large distributed computing systems;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements;
• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills;
• Experience participating in an Agile software development team, e.g. Kanban;
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently;
• Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills;
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities:
• Build and support robust BI solution for an analytical tool;
• Managing the BI team;
• Communicating with Business team for coordination of business requirements;
• Collaboration and communication with different teams and roles (product managers, engineers) to discuss data-driven findings and technical matters;
• Troubleshoots data analytic tools, identify and understand anomalies.
