Recruitment specialist (offline) $2500-4000

The person selected for this position will create and manage a capability for a fast-growing IT company that provides services worldwide.

This is a new position responsible for the full range of Recruitment functions and for supporting a unique team of diverse IT professionals and specialists.

We expect to grow significantly over the next several years and a primary focus of this position will be documenting and validating new positions, identifying and recruiting qualified candidates, and providing hiring recommendations. Responsibilities:

- Establish an effective and professional capability for the company.
- Work closely with senior management and technical leaders to ensure current and future personnel requirements are identified, documented and met.
- Directly responsible for identifying and screening candidates for vacant positions, conducts initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Makes hiring recommendations.
- Establish a recruiting, evaluation, and interviewing program; advises managers on candidate selection; conducts and analyzes exit interviews; and recommends changes, as required.
- Enhances the HR program by planning, implementing, evaluating, and creating/updating written HR policies, programs, and practices (we don't require any experience)
- In conjunction with senior management, maintains documentations of the company’s organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Prepares individuals for their work duties by establishing and conducting orientation programs, and identifying any required specialty training.
- Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the completion of annual work performance reviews by each individual.
- Advises senior management regarding compensation and benefits.
- Manages personal time off, sick leave, and holidays for all workers – resolves conflicting schedules with management when required.
- Team-building events and monitors internal company climate from an HR perspective.
