IT HR manager (offline)

🔥Requirements:

▪️you have already gained solid experience in HR ideally a fast-paced company
▪️ideally 6 months of experience in IT recruiting
▪️at least pre-intermediate level of English
▪️experience with sourcing and pre-screening of candidates
▪️experience in working with job portals
▪️manage full-cycle hiring process (search, select and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process)
▪️ to perform as a consultant to the Hiring manager providing in-time and expert support in the candidates' pool for the relevant vacancies
▪️ cooperate directly with the hiring manager on a daily basis
▪️ coordinate Recruiting Agencies
▪️ experience in onboarding and off-boarding processes
▪️good time management skills

🔥Responsibilities:

▪️Source and recruit great talent for our team, following the hiring process defined and conducting screenings;
▪️Manage documentation for current and new hires;
▪️Collect and maintain day to day information from employees: sick leaves, holidays, bank account changes, modifications of hours, salaries, etc;
▪️Be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding People related policies, processes, and procedures
▪️Provide the employees with relevant, engaging experiences inside and outside the office, including team building, office management (when there is no office manager), and other events (Culture Day, Summer Party, etc)
▪️ pre-screening of candidates
▪️conducting interviews at all stages
▪️ maintaining a database of candidates
▪️ one-to-one meetings
