Customer Support Manager (Spanish + English) (offline)

Key responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via e-mail and online chat;
- Assist with clients' requests and resolve issues;
- Gather feedbacks and ensure customers' satisfaction.
- Conducting webinars and workshops

What experience we are looking for:
- More than 0,5 years of industry experience in support
- Written and spoken fluency in Spanish
- Written fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience with support automation tools: Intercom, Kibana, Mixpanel will be a plus
