Sales Manager (IT) (offline)

Requirements:
- C1 level of English, both written and spoken. 80% of negotiations will be in English.
- One year of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management is a must.
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learning and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google services.
- It would be a huge plus if you have:
- Sales experience in web design or related industries.
- Experience in lead generation processes and sales funnels creation (LinkedIn, Upwork).
- Experience in CRM software usage.

Responsibilities:
- The ratio of inbound/outbound is 80/20 at the moment.
- Work with inbound leads (calls, email, chat).
- Lead generation and work with outbound leads.
- Close deals and execute the personal sales plan.
- Record the deals' updates to the CRM.
- Handling live demo with potential partners.
- Build long-term relationships with partners.
