Business analyst to the Swiss fintech product (offline)

Team: 10 BAs and Head of BA.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy and support enterprise-level Appian based BPM applications
- Translate business process requirements into Appian process model solutions
- Support data gathering and analysis to facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution
- Support reporting requirements and gap analysis related to process improvement
- Support Appian Upgrade on an annual basis
- Test case preparation
- Active participation with release and testing new features of Appian releases

REQUIREMENTS

- Master’s degree: engineering, finance, economics, or IT domains preferred
- At least 1 year of experience as Business Analyst designing and building business process models, creating and using complex data types, and creating business rules and constants to control workflows
- Experience with any BPM tool (at least 1 year) and willingness to learn and work with Appian
- Integrating with other applications in complex project (web service integration)
- Strong Analytical and logical mind-set
- Persistence, ability to maintain continuity on project’s momentum
- Initiative-taker, autonomous and pro-active team-member
- Forward thinker, a desire to learn and innovate
- Deliver projects in Agile methodologies
- Fluency in English. Knowledge in German and/or French is a plus

Selection process:
1. Interview with Head of BA - business-oriented questions to check finance industry understanding (options, stocks, bonds)
2. Interview to discuss the workflows with someone from the API team
