Data Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:

Analyze large data-set and provide useful and actionable insights and recommendations to Bizzabo customers (internal and external)
Build ongoing and ad-hoc reports, automated dashboards, charts, and tables
Initiate proactive as well as reactive data analysis
Work closely with internal departments (R&D, product, customer success, and client services)
Maintain and optimize our data tables and queries
You will act as a focal point for data-related questions
Ability to run complex data into actionable recommendations


Requirements:

BA/BSc. in Industrial Eng./Computer Science/Economics or other quantitative fields
Advanced SQL and Excel knowledge
Experience working with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/similar)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Passion about data and the ability to understand and transform it into insights.
Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high paced environment
Excellent organizational abilities
Fluent English (both verbal and written)
Autodidact, Independent and self-motivated

Bonus Points:

Familiarity with Looker/Tableau or other BI tools
Experience in a B2B SaaS company
