Order Fulfillment Specialist (offline)

Responsibilities:
Order processing, license generation, invoicing;
Incoming/outgoing mail processing;
Payments monitoring;
First-line pre-sales;
Assistance to sales and marketing staff;
Assistance to finance department with accounting procedures.

Qualifications
Sales, finance or office administration experience 1 year or more is a plus;
Excellent communication skills in Russian and Ukrainian (oral and written);
Fluent written & spoken English (upper-intermediate or higher);
Written & spoken Japanese or Spanish (not less than B1 - intermediate) as a plus;
Proficient PC user (email, internet, MS Office: Word, Excel);
Experience in Salesforce and 1C ERP is a plus;
Attention to details, responsibility, quick learner, punctuality, analytical mindset;
Business correspondence skills.

Location and working hours:
This position requires working hours (19:00 - 4:00)
You will be able to work from the office in Kyiv or remotely from any region of Ukraine.
