Product Designer (offline)

It’s important to have a whole product focus — both features, the underlying technical architecture and being out in the market to “listen in” and resolve queries. The product designer champions the product, facilitates product decisions, has a very clear vision of what engineers are trying to build, and conveys that vision to the collaborators.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product
- Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
- Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineer
- Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
- Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
- Cooperation with other departments (development, design, research development, analytics)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product design
- Artistic and innovative flair
- Mobile app and web development technologies understanding is a benefit
- Readiness to advise the stakeholders how the product should be developed
- Good team player, motivated to solve complex tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Would be a plus:
- Upper-Intermediate English
