Our cooperation with this customer has been successfully growing for more than 12 years, during which we have established the trustful and mutually respectful relations.

Project

The product is a timesaving powerful digital archive that allows storing documents securely and gives more time to focus on the products and clients and not the infrastructure. It provides a possibility to use batch or single scan workflows allowing customers to capture and store hard copy documents in bulk or on an ad-hoc basis. While it is now oriented mostly to banking customers, it is planned to enter new sectors.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of professional software development experience
At least 3 years of experience with Java and Scala
Good understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
Experience with RESTful services
Experience with Spring framework
At least Intermediate level of spoken and written English

Nice to have:
Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, React
Knowing JAX-RS (REST APIs)
Understanding of Docker and Azure

Responsibilities:

Code, debug, document, and maintain portions of software
Perform unit and integration testing
Participate in peer code reviews
Participate in estimation and planning sessions
Contribute to the development of technical project documentation and user documentation
Provide assistance to support personnel in solving technical issues of software installation and its operation
Follow the best engineering practices, the quality criteria set forth on the project
Report status and progress according to the project and company demands
